Returns
- Eligibility for Returns: You may return products within 30 days of receiving your order. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as you received them.
- Non-returnable Items: Certain items such as customized products or sale items may not be eligible for return.
Refunds
- Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, within a certain number of days depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or color, please contact us at support@chronova.store and we will guide you through the process.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
